The invention describes methods of pulmonary delivery of a TNFa inhibitor to a subject having a disorder in which TNFa is detrimental, such that the disorder is treated. Also included is a method of achieving systemic circulation of a TNFa inhibitor in a subject comprising administering the TNFa inhibitor to the central lung region or the peripheral lung region of the subject via inhalation, such that systemic circulation of the TNFa inhibitor is achieved.

L'invention concerne des méthodes d'administration pulmonaire d'un inhibiteur du TNFa à un patient souffrant d'un trouble impliquant le TNFa, en vue de traiter ledit trouble. L'invention concerne également une méthode de mise en circulation systémique d'un inhibiteur du TNFa chez un patient, consistant à administrer ledit inhibiteur dans la zone pulmonaire centrale ou la zone pulmonaire périphérique d'un patient par inhalation, de sorte à obtenir la circulation systémique de l'inhibiteur du TNFa.
