Abstract The present invention is directed to novel compositions that cause effective redirection of class I-immunity to Te 1 effectors, that take advantage of the unexpected loading of MHC I by peptide within IgG backbone combined with appropriate instruction of antigen presenting cells. Such compositions are able to transform a seemingly ineffective therapeutics into a highly effective one, associated with generation of class I-restricted cytolytic cells and IFN-y, IL-2 producing T cells, further associated with protection against a highly virulent microbe or recovery from malignant tumoral process.
La présente invention concerne de nouvelles compositions entraînant une redirection efficace de l'immunité de classe I vers des effecteurs Tc1, tirant profit du chargement inattendu du CMH I par le peptide dans le squelette IgG combiné à l'instruction appropriée de cellules présentant l'antigène. Lesdites compositions peuvent transformer une thérapie apparemment inefficace en une thérapie de grande efficacité, en association avec la génération de cellules cytolytiques à restriction de classe I et de lymphocytes T à production de IFN-y, IL-2, également associées à la protection contre un microbe hautement virulent ou à la guérison après un processus tumoral malin.
