A device for dynamic filtration of a pharmaceutical product is provided. The device includes a resin configured to selectively retain one or more components from a mixture having the pharmaceutical product, where the resin is configured to be activated by a medium of the mixture. The device further includes at least one positioning material disposed adjacent to the resin, where the positioning material is configured to provide mechanical support to the resin to at least partially retain the resin in position. In certain embodiments, the device does not require conditioning immediately prior to filtration.

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour la filtration dynamique d'un produit pharmaceutique. Le dispositif comprend une résine configurée pour retenir de manière sélective un ou plusieurs composants d'un mélange contenant le produit pharmaceutique, la résine étant configurée pour être activée par un milieu du mélange. Le dispositif comprend en outre au moins un matériel de positionnement disposé à côté de la résine, le matériel de positionnement étant configuré pour fournir un support mécanique à la résine pour retenir au moins partiellement la résine en position. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le dispositif n'exige pas un conditionnement immédiatement avant la filtration.
