Described are methods of removing solvent residues and/or nitrocellulose residues from a pre-purified polyolefin, in particular from pre-purified polyethylene recycling cuts, the polyolefin either being treated with washing water, the solvent driven off and simultaneously the nitrocellulose washed out of the polyolefin, or the polyolefin being washed with purified solvent, the solvent separated off mechanically and the solvent residues remaining with the polyolefin expelled by a stream of nitrogen. Also described are devices for carrying out these methods.

L'invention concerne des procédés permettant d'éliminer des résidus de solvants et/ou de nitrocellulose d'une polyoléfine prépurifiée, notamment de déchets de recyclage prépurifiés de polyéthylène. La polyoléfine peut être mélangée avec de l'eau de lavage, le solvant étant expulsé et la nitrocellulose étant simultanément extraite par lavage de la polyoléfine, ou bien la polyoléfine peut être lavée avec le solvant purifié, le solvant étant séparé mécaniquement et les résidus de solvant subsistant sur la polyoléfine étant expulsés par courant d'azote . L'invention concerne en outre des dispositifs permettant de mettre lesdits procédés en oeuvre.
