Description

The present invention provides methods for quantitation of glycated proteins in a biological sample using a solid support matrix by making a first bound protein measurement under conditions where both glycated and non-glycated protein bind to the support and making a second bound protein measurement under conditions where glycated protein is bound to the support and non- glycated protein is not substantially bound. Diagnostic devices and kits comprising the methods of the present invention are also provided.

L'invention concerne des procédés de quantification de protéines glyquées dans un échantillon biologique au moyen d'une matrice support solide. Ces procédés comportent les étapes consistant à faire une première mesure de protéines fixées dans des conditions permettant de fixer à la fois les protéines glyquées et non glyquées sur le support ; et à faire une deuxième mesure de protéines fixées dans des conditions permettant de fixer les protéines glyquées sur le support sans fixation sensible des protéines non glyquées. L'invention concerne aussi des dispositifs diagnostiques et des trousses utilisant les procédés de l'invention.
