The invention provides novel polynucleotides and polypeptides encoded by such polynucleotides and mutants or variants thereof that correspond to a novel human secreted metallocarboxypeptidase-like polypeptide. These polynucleotides comprise nucleic acid sequences isolated from cDNA library from small intestine (Hyseq clone identification numbers 11732488 (SEQ ID NO: 1)). Other aspects of the invention include vectors containing processes for producing novel human secreted metallocarboxypeptidase-like polypeptides, and antibodies specific for such polypeptides.
L'invention concerne de nouveaux polynucléotides, des polypeptides codés par lesdits polynucléotides, et des mutants ou des variants de ceux-ci correspondants à un nouveau polypeptide humain sécrété du type métallocarboxypeptidase. Ces polynucléotides comprennent des séquences d'acides nucléiques isolées d'une bibliothèque d'ADNc à partir de l'intestin grêle (numéros d'identification de clone Hyseq 11732488 (SEQ ID NO: 1)).
