The invention provides novel polynucleotides and polypeptides encoded by such polynucleotides and mutants or variants thereof that correspond to a novel human secreted fibulin-like polypeptide. These polynucleotides comprise nucleic acid sequences isolated from a cDNA library prepared from human thyroid gland mRNA (Clontech) (SEQ ID NO: 1). Other aspects of the invention include vectors containing processes for producing novel human secreted fibulin-like polypeptides, and antibodies specific for such polypeptides.
Cette invention concerne de nouveaux polynucléotides, ainsi que des polypeptides codés par ces polynucléotides, et leurs mutants ou variants, qui correspondent à un nouveau polypeptide humain sécrété apparenté à la fibuline. Ces polynucléotides comprennent des séquences d'acide nucléique isolées d'une bibliothèque d'ADNc préparée à partir de l'ARNm de la glande thyroïde humaine (Clontech) (SEQ ID NO: 1). D'autres aspects de l'invention incluent des vecteurs contenant des processus destinés à produire de nouveaux polypeptides humains sécrétés apparentés à la fibuline, et des anticorps spécifiques desdits polypeptides.
