The present invention provides novel means and methods for treating unwanted side reactions in transplantations, such as GvH and allograft rejection. The invention provides immunotoxines comprising an antibody and a toxic substance, whereby cocktails of such conjugates directed to different targets associated with one population of cells, wherein one target is chosen from CD3 or CD7. The preferred combination is a cocktail directed against both.

La présente invention concerne des nouveaux moyens et méthodes de traitement de réactions secondaires non voulues, dans des transplantations, telles qu'un rejet d'une allogreffe ou une réaction du greffon contre l'hôte. L'invention concerne des immunotoxines comprenant un anticorps ainsi qu'une substance toxique et consiste à diriger des cocktails de tels conjugués sur des cibles différentes associées à une population de cellules, une cible étant choisie parmi CD3 ou CD7. La combinaison préférée comprend un cocktail dirigé contre ces deux cibles.
