A kit of parts comprising two or more protein kinase substrate polypeptides, each said substrate polypeptide comprising a specificity conferring portion (which is different for each said kinase substrate polypeptide) and a phosphorylatable portion, wherein the phosphorylatable portions of each polypeptide are capable of being bound in a phosphorylation state-sensitive manner by the same specific binding partner, for example an antibody preparation, and wherein the said specific binding partner is not an antibody specific for phosphotyrosine, phosphoserine or phosphothreonine. The phosphorylatable portion preferably comprises the amino acid sequence LSFAEPG.

L'invention concerne une trousse d'accessoires qui comprend deux ou plusieurs polypeptides substrats de la protéine kinase, chacun desdits polypeptides substrats comprenant une partie attributive de spécificité (différente pour chaque polypeptide substrat de la kinase) et une partie phosphorylable. La partie phosphorylable de chaque polypeptide peuvent être liées selon sa sensibilité à l'état de phosphorylation par le même partenaire de liaison spécifique, par exemple une préparation d'anticorps. Ledit partenaire de liaison spécifique n'est pas un anticorps spécifique pour la phosphotyrosine, la phosphosérine ou la phosphothreonine. La partie phosphorylable comprend, de préférence, la séquence d'acides aminés LSFAEPG.
