A method of valuation of large groups of assets by partial full underwriting, partial sample underwriting and inferred values of the remainder using an iterative and adaptive statistical evaluation of all assets and statistical inferences drawn from the evaluation and applied to generate inferred values. Individual asset values are developed and listed in tables so that individual asset values can be taken and quickly grouped in any desired or prescribed manner for bidding purposes. The assets are collected into a database, divided by credit variable, subdivided by ratings as to those variables and then rated individually. The assets are then regrouped according to a bidding grouping and a collective valuation established by cumulating the individual valuations.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'évaluer de grands groupes d'actifs par souscription partielle d'une tranche complète, souscription partielle d'échantillons et les valeurs présumés du reste par le biais d'une évaluation statistique itérative et adaptative de tous les actifs. Les inférences statistiques tirées de cette évaluation sont appliquées pour générer les valeurs présumées. Chacune des valeurs d'actif est développée et répertoriée dans des tables de manière que chaque valeur d'actif puisse être extraite et regroupée rapidement de n'importe quelle manière voulue ou indiquée aux fins de l'offre. Les actifs sont rassemblés dans une base de données, ils sont divisés par variable de crédit, sous-divisés en fonction des cotations relatives à ces variables puis cotés individuellement. Les actifs sont ensuite regroupés selon un regroupement d'offres et une évaluation collective est établie par le cumul desdites évaluations individuelles.
