The instant invention comprises a process of preparing a composition comprising directed sequence polymer (DSP) mixtures that act as epitopes and useful as vaccines, such DSP synthesized according to a set of rules regarding the identity and the frequency of occurrence of amino acids that substitute a base or native amino acid of a known epitope. The resulting composition is a mixture of related peptides for therapeutic use as a vaccine, preferably for infectious agents that are immune evasive.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une composition qui comprend des mélanges de polymères à séquences dirigées (DSP), qui agissent en tant qu'épitopes et qui sont utiles en tant que vaccins, lesdits DSP étant synthétisés selon un ensemble de règles relatives à l'identité et la fréquence d'occurrence d'acides aminés qui remplacent une base ou un acide aminé natif d'un épitope connu. La composition résultante est un mélange de peptides associés pour un usage thérapeutique en tant que vaccin, de préférence pour des agents infectieux qui échappent au système immunitaire.
