The invention provides a fluid for use in a subterranean formation penetrated by a wellbore, the fluid comprising: (a) water; (b) an orthoester; and (c) a surfactant comprising a tertiary alkyl amine ethoxylate generally represented by the following formula: (see above formula) wherein R is an alkyl group or aryl group, and wherein X and Y are each independently at least one. The invention also provides a method of fracturing a subterranean formation, comprising the step of forming a foamed fracturing fluid comprising water; an orthoester; a surfactant comprising a tertiary alkyl amine ethoxylate generally represented by the formula above; and a gas. The method also provides the step of introducing the foamed fracturing fluid into a subterranean formation at a pressure sufficient to create a fracture in the subterranean formation.

L'invention concerne un fluide destiné à être utilisé dans une formation souterraine pénétrée par un puits de forage, le fluide comprenant : (a) de l'eau; (b) un orthoester; et (c) un agent de surface contenant un éthoxylate d'alkyle amine tertiaire généralement représenté par la formule suivante : (voir formule ci-dessus) dans laquelle R est un groupe alkyle ou un groupe aryle, et dans laquelle X et Y représente chacun indépendamment au moins un. L'invention concerne également une méthode de fissuration d'une formation souterraine qui consiste à former un fluide de fracturation expansé comprenant de l'eau; un orthoester; un agent de surface comprenant un éthoxylate d'alkyle amine tertiaire généralement représenté par la formule suivante; et un gaz. La méthode comprend également l'étape d'introduction du fluide de fracturation expansé dans une formation souterraine à une pression suffisante pour créer une fissure dans la formation souterraine.
