Disclosed are methods and intermediates for the preparation of 7-(2'-R1- substituted-.szlig.-D-ribofuranosyl)-4-amino-5-(optionally substituted ethyn-1- yl)-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine compounds. These compounds are useful in treating viral infections caused by a flaviviridae family virus, such as hepatitis C virus.

Cette invention concerne des procédés et des intermédiaires permettant de préparer des composés 7-(2'-R?1¿-.beta.-D-ribofuranosyl substitué)-4-amino-5-(éthyn-1-yl éventuellement substitué)-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine. Ces composés sont utilisés dans le traitement d'infections virales provoquées par un virus de la famille des Flaviviridae tel que le virus de l'hépatite C.
