Disclosed herein is a method for generating a 5'-nucleic acid-protein conjugate, the method involving: (a) providing a nucleic acid which carries a reactive group at its 5'end; (b) providing a non-derivatized protein; and (c) contacting the nucleic acid and the protein under conditions which allow the reactive group to react with the N-terminus of the protein, thereby forming a 5'-nucleic acid-protein conjugate. Also disclosed herein are 5'-nucleic acid- protein conjugates and methods for their use.
L'invention a pour objet un procédé pour générer un conjugat de 5'-acide nucléique-protéine. Ce procédé consiste à (a) fournir un acide nucléique qui supporte un groupe réactif au niveau de son extrémité 5'; (b) fournir une protéine non dérivée, et (c) mettre en contact l'acide nucléique et la protéine dans des conditions qui permettent au groupe réactif de réagir avec la terminaison N de la protéine pour former ainsi un conjugat 5'-acide nucléique-protéine. L'invention traite également de conjugats de 5'-acide nucléique-protéine, et de procédés d'utilisation de ces derniers.
