A process for producing a fluorinated cyclic benzamidine derivative (A) or salt thereof, characterized by comprising the step of reacting a specific novel compound with ammonia or an imide; a process for producing a morpholine- substituted phenacyl derivative (B) or salt thereof, characterized by comprising reacting a specific novel compound with morpholine, reacting the reaction product with a halogenating reagent, and subjecting the resultant reaction product to a reaction for ketal elimination; a process for producing a cyclic benzamidine derivative (C) or salt thereof, characterized by coupling the compound (A) or salt with the compound (B) or salt in the presence of an ether or hydrocarbon; and a method of recrystallizing the cyclic benzamidine derivative (C) or salt, characterized by dissolving the compound (C) or salt in a mixed solvent comprising an alcohol and water or in a mixed solvent comprising an ether and water and adding water to the solution to precipitate crystals of the compound (C) or salt.
La présente invention a trait à un procédé de production d'un dérivé de benzamidine cyclique fluoré (A) ou un de ses sels, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'étape de réaction d'un nouveau composé déterminé avec de l'ammoniac ou un imide ; à un procédé de production d'un dérivé de phénacyle substitué par la morpholine (B) ou un de ses sels, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend la réaction d'un nouveau composé déterminé avec de la morpholine, la réaction du produit réactionnel avec un réactif d'halogénation, et la réaction du nouveau produit réactionnel obtenu pour en éliminer l'acétal ; à un procédé de production d'un dérivé de benzamidine cyclique (C) ou un de ses sels, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend le couplage du composé (A) ou un de ses sels avec le composé (B) ou un de ses sels en présence d'un éther ou d'un hydrocarbure ; et à un procédé de recristallisation du dérivé de benzamidine cyclique (C) ou un de ses sels, caractérisé par la dissolution du composé (C) ou un de ses sels dans un solvant mixte comportant un alcool et de l'eau ou dans un solvant mixte comportant un éther et de l'eau et par l'addition de l'eau à la solution pour précipiter les cristaux du composé (C) ou un de ses sels.
