A method for producing a silver-bonded antimicrobial moist wound dressing. A silver- containing compound is added to a 0.1-30% aqueous solution of an alkaline solvent to dissociate silver ions from the silver-containing compound, dissolving CMC in water or an organic solvent to obtain a CMC solution, the silver ion-containing solution is mixed with the CMC solution so that the hydrogen ions (H+) of the hydroxyl groups of the CMC are replaced by the silver ions to prepare a silver-CMC compound, the silver-CMC compound is dispersed and absorbed in a medium, and the medium is dried.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un pansement antimicrobien de plaies humide. Un composé contenant de l'argent est ajouté à une solution aqueuse de 0,1 à 30% d'un solvant alcalin en vue de dissocier des ions d'argent du composé contenant de l'argent, entraînant la dissolution de cellulose de carboxyméthyle (CMC) dans l'eau ou dans un solvant organique pour obtenir une solution de CMC, la solution contenant des ions d'argent est mélangé avec la solution de CMC de sorte que les ions d'hydrogène (H+) des groupes hydroxyles du CMC sont remplacés par des ions d'argent pour préparer un composé à base d'argent et de CMC, le composé à base d'argent et de CMC est dispersé et absorbé dans un support, et le support est séché.
