The invention relates to a method for protecting transplants, as well as organs and individual blood vessels, against inflammatory reactions that are caused by the operative procedure linked to the explanation and storage until transplantation. This can be achieved by treating the transplant via intra arterial application of flavonol compounds, in particular with quercetin glucuronide and/ox kaempferol glucuronide.

L'invention concerne un procédé de protection de transplants, ainsi que d'organes et de vaisseaux sanguins individuels, contre des réactions d'inflammation qui sont déclenchées jusqu'à l'intervention opératoire liée à la transplantation. L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'on procède au traitement des transplants via application intra-artérielle de composés de flavonol, en particulier au moyen de glucoronide de quercétine et/ou de glucoronide d'huile camphrée.
