The present invention relates to methods of preparing a stereoisomerically enriched compound of formula (I), wherein R6 is hydrogen, comprising treating a compound of formula (I), wherein R6 is chosen from C1-C10 alkyl, C2-C10 alkenyl, C2-C10 alkenyl,-(CR7R8)t(C6-C14 aryl), and -(CR7R8)t(4-10 membered heterocyclic), and wherein said C6-C14 aryl and 4-10 membered heterocyclic are optionally substituted with at least one substituent chosen from halo, C1-C10 alkyl, -OR7, and -N(R7R8), with a biocatalyst in an aqueous solution, an organic solvent, or a mixture of organic and aqueous solvents wherein at least one stereoisomer is selectively hydrolyzed.
L'invention concerne des procédés pour la préparation d'un composé stéréoisomériquement enrichi de formule (I), R?6¿ étant hydrogène, consistant à traiter un composé de formule (I), R?6¿ étant choisi parmi C¿1?-C¿10? alkyle, C¿2?-C¿10? alcényle, C¿2?-C¿10? alcynyle,-(CR?7¿R?8¿)¿t?(C¿6?-C¿14? aryle), et -(CR?7¿R?8¿)¿t?(hétérocyclique à 4-10 chaînons), et lesdits C¿6?-C¿14 ?aryle et hétérocyclique à 4-10 chaînons étant éventuellement substitués par au moins un substituant choisi parmi halo, C¿1?-C¿10? alkyle, -OR?7¿, et -N(R?7¿R?8¿), avec un biocatalyseur dans une solution aqueuse, un solvant organique, ou un mélange de solvants organique et aqueux, au moins un stéréoisomère étant sélectivement hydrolysé.
