The present invention provides improved methods of producing platinum compounds, which are very suitable for producing labelled substances, which can be used to detect specific molecules of interest. The platinum coordination compounds have two reactive groups of which one is replaced by a label and the other one can be replaced by a substance to be labelled. Production of labelled substances is very much improved by selection of the right starting materials and producing the right intermediates. The efficiency of labelling is very much improved, thereby enabling the production of labelling kits which are also a part of the present invention.
La présente invention concerne des procédés améliorés pour produire des composés de platine, tout à fait appropriés pour la production de substances marquées, pouvant être utilisés pour la détection de molécules spécifiques à étudier. Les composés de coordination de platine comportent deux groupes réactifs dont l'un peut être remplacé par un marqueur et l'autre peut être remplacé par une substance à marquer. La production de substances marquées est considérablement améliorée par la sélection de matériaux de départ appropriés et par la production d'intermédiaires appropriés. L'efficacité du marquage est considérablement améliorée, ce qui permet de produire des nécessaires de marquage faisant également partie de la présente invention.
