The present invention generally relates to methods of thermal fogging ethylene synthesis inhibitor compositions for post-harvest treatment of crops. A preferred ethylene synthesis inhibitor is aminoethyoxyvinylglycine hydrochloride (AVG HC1). In a preferred embodiment, a method comprises producing a thermal fogging mist from said composition, wherein said thermal fogging mist contains particles of the ethylene synthesis inhibitor and applying an effective amount of said thermal fogging mist to said crops.
L'invention concerne des procédés de thermonébulisation de compositions inhibitrices de la synthèse de l'éthylène destinés au traitment des cultures après la récolte. Un inhibiteur préféré de la synthèse de l'éthylène est l'hydrochlorure d'aminoéthyoxyvinylglycine (AVG HCl). Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, le procédé consiste à produire une brume de thermonébulisation de la composition précitée, ladite brume contenant des particules de l'inhibiteur de la synthèse de l'éthylène, et à appliquer une quantité efficace de la brume de thermonébulisation sur lesdites cultures.
