A method of delivering a drug to a hepatocyte includes a step in which a carboxamidine group-containing compound is provided to a hepatocyte having a transporter that transports the compound across the plasma membrane of the hepatocyte, wherein the transport of the compound is substantially not inhibited by ribavirin. Further contemplated methods include a method of inhibiting growth of a virus of a family of flaviviridae in a cell containing system, in which contemplated compounds are presented to a cell in the cell containing system.
Ce procédé d'apport d'un médicament à un hépatocyte comprend une étape consistant à apporter un composé contenant un groupe carboxamidine, à un hépatocyte comportant un transporteur, lequel transporte le composé à travers la membrane plasmique de l'hépatocyte, de manière que le transport de ce composé ne soit sensiblement pas inhibé par la ribavirine. L'invention concerne encore d'autres procédés et notamment un procédé d'inhibition de la croissance d'un virus de la famille des Flaviviridae, dans un système contenant une cellule, procédé dans lequel les composés objets de l'invention sont apportés à une cellule, dans le système contenant cette cellule.
