Methods for forming monolayers without the aid of an organic solvent are provided. In particular, methods for the formation of monolayers from serum or antibody-coupled liposomes are provided. Also provided are monolayers and Langmuir Blodgett films formed by the methods of the invention and comprising at least one amphiphilic compound and optionally, one or more compounds of interest, are provided. Additionally provided are substrates, such as piezoelectric crystals, having deposited thereon the films of the invention. The monolayers, films and substrates of the invention are useful as components of biosensors and/or chemosensors and in the study of surface chemistry.
L'invention concerne des procédés relatifs à la formation de monocouches sans l'aide de solvant organique, et en particulier des procédés relatifs à la formation de monocouches à base de sérum ou de liposomes liés à un anticorps. L'invention concerne en outre des monocouches et des films de Langmuir Blodgett élaborés selon les procédés décrits et comprenant au moins un composé amphiphile, et éventuellement un ou plusieurs composés voulus. L'invention concerne par ailleurs des substrats, du type cristaux piézoélectriques, sur lesquels on dépose les films considérés dans l'invention. Les monocouches, films et substrats en question sont utiles comme composants de biocapteurs et/ou de chimiocapteurs ainsi que dans l'étude relative aux phénomènes chimiques des surfaces.
