Methods for identifying a compound capable of modulating activity of a target active domain, by generating a first fusion protein having an anchor component and a variable component, generating a second fusion protein having a docking domain and an active domain, wherein the anchor component and the docking domain are binding partners, then contacting the fusion proteins under conditions in which the anchor component and the docking domain bind, and determining the activity of the target domain.
L'invention porte sur des procédés d'identification d'un composé pouvant moduler l'activité d'un domaine cible actif consistant: à créer une première protéine de fusion présentant: un domaine de d'amarrage, et un domaine actif présentant un composant d'ancrage et un composant variable; à créer une deuxième protéine de fusion présentant: un domaine d'amarrage et un domaine actif, le domaine d'amarrage et le domaine actif étant des partenaires de liaison; à mettre en contact les deux protéines de fusion dans des conditions permettant la liaison entre le composant d'ancrage de le domaine d'amarrage; et à déterminer l'activité du domaine cible.
