A peptide-POD with ability to penetrate and deliver fluorophores, siRNA, DNA and quantum dots to cells in culture and retinal and ocular tissues in vivo is provided herein. POD can be coupled to adenovirus vectors, enhancing tropism for certain cells, potentially providing a safer and more efficacious method to deliver molecules to ocular and other tissues in vivo.
Un peptide POD (pour administration oculaire) ayant la capacité de faire pénétrer et d'administrer des fluorophores, de l'ARNsi, de l'ADN et des points quantiques dans des cellules en culture et des tissus rétiniens et oculaires in vivo. Le POD peut être couplé à des vecteurs adénoviraux, améliorant le tropisme pour certaines cellules, fournissant potentiellement un procédé plus sûr et plus efficace pour administrer des molécules à des tissus oculaires et à d'autres tissus in vivo.
