Methods are provided for manufacturing an antiperspirant or deodorant product within a container, the product having an application surface that includes first and second portions having different compositions. The methods generally include (a) delivering to an open end of the container, through a first delivery nozzle, a first composition that will form the first portion, and, through a separate second delivery nozzle, a second composition that will form the second portion, the first and second compositions being in molten form during delivery, (b) providing a barrier between the first and second compositions to prevent intermingling thereof, (c) allowing the first and second compositions to solidify to form the product; and (d) removing the barrier.
La présente invention concerne des procédés de fabrication d'un produit antisudorifique ou déodorant présenté dans un contenant, le produit comportant une surface d'application qui comporte des première et deuxième parties comprenant des compositions différentes. Les procédés se déroulent en général de la manière suivante: (a) on distribue à une extrémité ouverte du contenant, par une première buse d'apport, une première composition qui va former la première partie et par une deuxième buse d'apport séparée, une deuxième composition qui va former la deuxième partie, les première et deuxième compositions étant à l'état fondu pendant la distribution, (b) on forme une séparation entre les première et deuxième compositions pour empêcher ces dernières de se mélanger, (c) on laisse les première et deuxième compositions se solidifier pour former le produit ; et (d) on enlève la séparation.
