Adipose derived regenerative cells are used to treat patients, including patients with cardiovascular conditions, diseases or disorders. Methods of treating patients include processing adipose tissue to deliver a concentrated amount of regenerative cells, e.g., stem and/or progenitor cells, obtained from the adipose tissue to a patient. The methods may be practiced in a closed system so that the stem cells are not exposed to an external environment prior to being administered to a patient. Accordingly, in a preferred method, adipose derived regenerative cells are placed directly into a recipient along with such additives necessary to promote, engender or support a therapeutic cardiovascular benefit.
Des cellules régénératives dérivées de tissus adipeux sont employées pour traiter des patients, notamment des patients souffrant de troubles et maladies cardiovasculaires. Les procédés de traitement de patients consistent à traiter des tissus adipeux afin d'administrer au patient une quantité concentrée de cellules régénératives, par ex. de cellules souches et/ou progénitrices, issues des tissus adipeux. Les procédés peuvent être mis en oeuvre dans un système fermé de telle manière que les cellules souches ne sont pas exposées à l'environnement extérieur avant administration au patient. Dans un procédé préféré, des cellules régénératives dérivées de tissus adipeux sont placées directement dans un récipient avec les additifs nécessaires pour promouvoir, engendrer ou supporter un effet cardiovasculaire thérapeutique.
