The present invention provides microcapsules with favorable speed, intensity and persistence of the release of foreign substances encapsulated inside microorganism cells. The present invention also provides a manufacturing method of a microcapsule and an oral composition containing the microcapsule. The microcapsules having at least one foreign substance enclosed in microorganism cells onto whose surfaces are adhered at least one member selected from the group consisting of saccharides, high-intensity sweeteners, proteins and polyhydric alcohols.

L'invention concerne des microcapsules présentant un matériau étranger incorporé dans ces cellules microbiennes présentant une excellente vitesse de libération, une excellente résistance ou stabilité à la libération. L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant de produire ces microcapsules; et des compositions pour administration par voie orale contenant ces microcapsules. Les microcapsules décrites dans cette invention peuvent être obtenues par adhérence d'au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe comprenant les saccharides, les édulcorants présentant une sucrosité élevée, les protéines et les polyalcools, sur la surface d'un micro-organisme présentant les matériaux étrangers incorporés dans ses cellules.
