Description

A composition for topical application contains microcapsules, for example liposomes which enclose a benefit agent active at a target location accessible by topical application. The microcapsules have means to bind to an organic surface at the target location; for example, they are provided with an antibody or antibody fragment specific for the target location or with a lectin. The composition is preferably for administration of an oral benefit agent.
