A micro-chemical system which can enhance a user work efficiency and be downsized, and which comprises an optical fiber (10) attached at the tip end thereof with a refractive index profile type rod lens (102), an optical fiber (101) for propagating an excitation light and a detection light in a single mode, a ferrule (103) for increasing the outer diameter of the optical fiber (101) to that of the rod lens (102), and a sleeve (104) for fixing the rod lens (102) and the optical fiber (101).

L'invention concerne un système microchimique qui permet d'améliorer l'efficience au travail d'un utilisateur et dont la taille peut être réduite. Ce système comprend une fibre optique (10), fixée sur sa pointe au moyen d'une lentille barreau (102) du type à profil de l'indice de réfraction (102), une fibre optique (101) qui permet de propager une lumière d'excitation et une lumière de détection dans un mode unique, une ferrule (103) qui permet d'augmenter le diamètre extérieur de la fibre optique (101) de façon qu'il atteigne celui de la lentille barreau (102) et un manchon (104) qui permet de fixer la lentille barreau (102) et la fibre optique (101).
