[PROBLEMS] To provide a microchip for cell sampling whereby desired cells can be quickly and accurately sampled from a large number of cells with the combined use of the advantages of a system using optical tweezers and another system using microchannels. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A microchip for cell sampling which is provided, on a single baseboard, with: a cell feeding channel for feeding a cell-containing liquid and flowing the same; and a cell sampling channel for sampling a portion of the cells passing through the cell feeding channel; wherein the cell feeding channel and the cell sampling channel have each a liquid feeder port connected to a liquid feeder mechanism at one end and a liquid discharge port connected to a drainage mechanism at the other end and intersect with each other at the midway thereof.
L'invention concerne une micropuce pour l'échantillonnage de cellules, dans laquelle les cellules souhaitées peuvent être échantillonnées rapidement et avec précision à partir d'un grand nombre de cellules, en recourant conjointement aux avantages d'un système qui utilise des pincettes optiques et d'un autre système qui utilise des microcanaux. La micropuce pour l'échantillonnage de cellules selon l'invention est dotée sur une plaque de base unique d'un canal d'alimentation en cellules qui délivre un liquide qui contient des cellules et qui permet à ce liquide de s'y écouler et d'un canal d'échantillonnage de cellules qui échantillonne une partie des cellules qui passent dans le canal d'alimentation en cellules. Le canal d'alimentation en cellules et le canal d'échantillonnage de cellules présentent chacun un orifice d'alimentation en liquide relié à une extrémité à un mécanisme d'alimentation en liquide et un orifice de déchargement du liquide relié à l'autre extrémité à un mécanisme de drainage et qui s'entrecroisent l'un l'autre à mi-parcours.
