The invention concerns a generally disc-shaped token of the type obtained by multiple injection of plastic material comprising a core (14) obtained by a first injection of plastic material including a central portion (24) defining the central part of said token body and a peripheral portion (31) defining, through radial protrusions (18), at least partly the edge of the token body. The core (14) incorporates an insert (28), comprising a contact-free silicon chip identification device (27), embedded during the first injection in the central portion (24) and maintained at its periphery through protrusions or fingers integral with the injection mold and defining in the core openings (36). The token body comprises a covering web obtained by the second injection of plastic material performed around the peripheral portion (31) of the core (14) to produce with the core the entire edge and the peripheral annular part of the token body. A decorated tag is fixed on each side of the token. The token can be used as gambling chip or casino chip.
Le jeton, en forme générale de disque, du type à corps obtenu par multi- injection de matière plastique comporte une âme 14 obtenue par une première injection de matière plastique comportant une portion centrale 24 définissant la partie centrale du corps dudit jeton et une portion périphérique 31 définissant, par des projections radiales 18, au moins en partie la tranche du corps du jeton. L'âme 14 incorpore un insert 26, comportant un dispositif d'identification à puce électronique sans contact 27, noyé à la première injection dans la portion centrale 24 et maintenu à sa périphérie par des projections ou des doigts solidaires du moule d'injection et définissant dans l'âme des ouvertures 36. Le corps de jeton comporte une nappe de recouvrement obtenue par une seconde injection de matière plastique pratiquée autour la portion périphérique 31 de l'âme 14 pour réaliser avec l'âme toute la tranche et la partie annulaire périphérique du corps du jeton. Une étiquette décorée est fixée sur chaque face du jeton. Le jeton peut être utilisé comme jeton de jou ou jeton de casino.
