La présente invention concerne des microcristaux d'une substance insoluble dans l'eau présentant une affi- nité pour les phospholipides, ainsi qu'un procédé de pré- paration. Selon l'invention, on évapore le ou les solvants organiques d'une solution de phospholipides et de ladite substance, et on remet le film obtenu, après évaporation du ou des solvants, en suspension dans une solution aqueuse par agitation vigoureuse. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant comme principe actif desdits microcristaux, notamment les compositions pharmaceutiques liquides conditionnées sous forme injectable ou sous forme pulvérisable.
