The invention relates to a microfluidic chip for biological, chemical and medical analysis. Cavities and channels, which connect these cavities to one another and which transport, based on the capillary effect, liquids required for carrying out analysis and synthesis, are arranged inside said microfluidic chip. At least one of the cavities is a reaction chamber. The microfluidic chip is characterized by having a layered construction made of light-curing hydrophilic plastic material based on a 3-D layer model and by having a covering layer made of a hydrophobic material. In the layered body made of hydrophilic material, channels that come from different cavities and do not intersect lead to the at least one reaction chamber.
L'invention concerne une puce microfluidique s'utilisant dans le cadre d'analyses chimiques et médicales, dans laquelle sont disposés des cavités et des canaux reliant lesdites cavités entre elles et transportant des liquides requis pour procéder à l'analyse et à la synthèse. Au moins une de ces cavités est une chambre de réaction. Ladite puce microfluidique se caractérise en ce qu'elle présente une structure en couches consistant en matière plastique hydrophile photopolymérisable sur la base d'un modèle de couche en 3D, ainsi qu'une couche de recouvrement en matériau hydrophobe. Dans le corps stratifié, à base de matériau hydrophile, des canaux provenant de différentes cavités et s'étendant sans se croiser, débouchent dans la chambre de réaction (au moins au nombre de une).
