The micropump (11) comprises a micro-machined filter and at least two first plate-forming devices (10, 12) defining a pump chamber (9), the filter comprising liquid feed device, liquid collection device, second plate-forming device (10) and silicon plate-forming device (12; 15), the second plate- forming device (10) and the silicon plate-forming device (12; 15) facing each other and forming, between them, a cavity (13) designed to receive a liquid, the cavity (13) being partially closed by at least one transverse partition (20; 20') of height that is smaller than the depth of the cavity (13) and which separates the cavity (13) into an upstream portion and a downstream portion relative to the partition, the silicon plate-forming device (12; 15) being fixed at least in part in leakproof manner on the second plate-forming device (10), the downstream portion of the cavity (13) communicating with the pump chamber (9). The micropump also comprises an assembly comprising the first plate-forming devices (10' 12), the silicon plate-forming device (12; 15), and the second plate-forming device (10), constituting a sandwich structure. The micropump is characterized in that the partition (20, 20') is continuous between the side walls of said cavity (13).
La micropompe (11) comporte au moins deux premiers moyens formant plaquettes (10, 12) qui définissent une chambre de pompage (9) et le filtre comprend des moyens d'alimentation en liquide, des moyens pour recueillir le liquide, des deuxièmes moyens formant plaquette (10) et des moyens formant plaquette de silicium (12; 15), lesdits deuxièmes moyens formant plaquette (10) et lesdits moyens formant plaquette de silicium (12; 15) se faisant face respectivement en formant, entre eux, une cavité (13) destinée à recevoir un liquide, obturée par au moins une cloison (20; 20') transversale dont la hauteur est inférieure à la profondeur de la cavité (13) et qui la sépare en une partie amont et une partie aval. Lesdits moyens formant plaquette de silicium (12; 15) sont au moins partiellement fixés de façon étanche sur lesdits deuxièmes moyens formant plaquette (10), la partie aval de la cavité (13) communique avec ladite chambre de pompage (9) et l'ensemble comprenant tous les moyens formant plaquette (10, 12) constitue une structure en sandwich.
