A system including a micronized milling machine used for the grinding of highly abrasive materials. The micronized milling machine includes a grinding chamber having a hub and a plurality of beater bars (22) disposed around the hub. The hub rotates causing the beater bars to grind highly abrasive materials that are fed into the grinding chamber by being poured over a central cone disposed over the hub. The machine is operated at high speeds by using a load balancer (36) to reduce vibration and prevent excessive wear of the moving components.

L'invention concerne un système qui comprend une machine de broyage pour micronisation qui est utilisée pour broyer des matériaux hautement abrasifs. Cette machine de broyage pour micronisation comprend une chambre de broyage présentant un moyeu autour duquel est disposée une pluralité de barres de battage (22), et qui tourne provoquant ainsi le broyage de matériaux hautement abrasifs par les barres de battage, ces matériaux étant déversés dans la chambre de broyage par l'intermédiaire d'un cône central placé sur ledit moyeu. Cette machine de broyage pour micronisation fonctionne à des vitesses élevées grâce à l'utilisation d'un équilibreur de charge (36) destiné à réduire les vibrations et à empêcher une usure excessive des composants mobiles.
