A microorganism detecting kit according to the present invention includes a self-adhesive layer 102 containing the following compounds incorporated therein: 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole dihydrochloride 2 for staining living and dead cells, propidium iodide 3 for staining dead cells, 6-carboxyfluorescein diacetate 4 for staining living cells and 4-methylumbelliferyl-.beta.-D-galactoside 5 reacting with a substance derived particular microorganisms, a support 103 and a grip portion 6. Microorganisms deposited to a specimen are deposited to the self -adhesive layer 102, and then, the compounds react with the microorganisms and are bonded individually to the microorganisms to color them. The microorganism detecting kit, a microorganism counting apparatus and a microorganism counting process according to the present invention are used to confirm of the presence of living and dead cells, dead cells and living cells by counting the colored cells in an adding manner.
L'invention concerne une trousse (1) de détection de micro-organismes qui comprend une couche adhésive (102) et qui contient un mélange de 4'-6-diamidino-2-phénylindole, dihydrochloride (2) destiné à marquer des cellules vivantes et mortes, de l'iodure de propidium (3) pour marquer des cellules mortes, du 6-carboxyfluorescéine diacétate (4) pour marquer des cellules vivantes et du 4-méthylumbelliféryl-.beta.-D-galactoside (5) réagissant avec une substance émanant d'un micro-organisme spécifique, un support (103) et une poignée (6). Les micro-organismes se collant à une éprouvette adhèrent à la couche adhésive (102) et réagissent au contact de chaque composé, ce qui provoque un développement de couleur. Dans ladite trousse, un appareil et un procédé de quantification de micro-organismes permettent de quantifier de manière cumulative les cellules marquées et, par conséquent, de confirmer la présence de cellules vivantes et mortes, des cellules mortes et des cellules vivantes dans l'éprouvette.
