The invention relates to microparticles which are based on a biocompatible and biodegradable material. The inventive microparticles are characterised in that the surface thereof comprises cells of interest or fragments of same and in that they comprise molecules of at least one active substance on the aforementioned cells or the environment thereof during the implantation of the microparticles, said molecules being released by the microparticles in a prolonged and controlled manner.

La présente invention concerne de microparticules à base d'un matériau biocompatible et biodégradable, caractérisées en ce qu'elles comportent à leur surface des cellules d'intérêt ou fragments de celles-ci et en ce qu'elles comprennent des molécules d'au moins une substance active sur lesdites cellules ou leur environnement lors de l'implantation des microparticules, lesdites molécules étant libérées par les microparticules de façon prolongée et contrôlée.
