-10- ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to data processing systems using one or more microprocessors having access to a dynamic RAM. During access to the ROM, the addresses of the steps of the program stored in the ROM, outputted by the ordinal counter of the microprocessing, are used for forming the addresses of the rows of the RAM to be refreshed This latter is thus refreshed regularly by the software of the system. Control of the memory is provided by a sequencer, itself controlled by a clock generator and the microprocessor. A multiplexer is used for addressing the RAM.
