A micropump including two glass sheets (2, 8) with a machined silicon board (6) sealingly inserted therebetween. An inlet valve (12), a pumping chamber (50) and an outlet valve (28) are arranged between an inlet (10) and an outlet (4). A pump diaphragm (56) forming one wall of the pumping chamber comprises a thickened central portion (58) interacting with the upper sheet (8) to form an abutment restricting the suction movement of the diaphragm (50), and lower abutment elements (60) restricting the movement of the diaphragm when the fluid is discharged. A piezoelectric pad (72) engages the diaphragm by means of am intermediate part (84) to perform the pumping movement between upper and lower limits precisely defined by the abutments. A precisely defined and constant flow rate is thus achieved regardless of changes m the performance of the piezoelectric pad.
La micropompe comprend deux plaquettes en verre (2, 8) entre lesquelles est intercalée de manière étanche une plaquette (6) en silicium usinée. Un clapet d'entrée (12), une chambre de pompage (50) et un clapet de sortie (28) sont agencés entre un conduit d'entrée (10) et de sortie (4). Une membrane de pompage (56) formant une paroi de la chambre de pompage comporte une partie centrale plus épaisse (58) destinée à coopérer avec la plaquette supérieure (8) pour former une butée limitant le mouvement d'aspiration de la membrane (50) et des éléments de butée inférieurs (60) limitant le mouvement de la membrane à l'expulsion du fluide. Une pastille piézoélectrique (72) agit au moyen d'une pièce intermédiaire (84) sur la membrane de façon à effectuer le mouvement de pompage précisément défini vers le haut et vers le bas par les butées. On obtient ainsi un débit précisément défini et constant qui est indépendant des variations de performances de la pastille piézoélectrique.
