The present invention provides a process and apparatus for cleaning and reclamation of industrial waste containing oily metallic solids (22) by magnetically concentrating the oily magnetic solids with a magnetic concentrator (76), mixing the concentrated solids with a chemical release agent in a clarifier (70), applying microwave radiation to the mixture in a microwave process chamber (72), and separately collecting the clean metallic solids (91) with a drum filter (92) and skimming recovered oil (85) from the clarifier with a skimmer (84).

Procédé et appareil pour le nettoyage et la valorisation de déchets industriels renfermant des matières solides métalliques huileuses (22). Le procédé consiste à réaliser une concentration magnétique des matières solides magnétiques huileuses à l'aide d'un concentrateur magnétique (76), à mélanger les matières solides concentrées avec un agent de séparation chimique dans un clarificateur (70), à soumettre le mélange à des micro-ondes dans une enceinte (72) de traitement à micro-ondes, et à récupérer individuellement les matières solides métalliques propres (91) à l'aide d'un filtre à tambour (92), puis à évacuer par écrémage l'huile récupérée (85) du clarificateur à l'aide d'un dispositif à écrémer (84).
