[PROBLEMS] The present invention provides a microwave radiating device which treats a radiated material by microwave irradiation; and further provides a method of producing sugar ingredient from plant material. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The microwave radiating device of the present invention is equipped with irradiating means which has microwave radiating source, and containers which accept radiated material inside. Further, the container of the device has supply means which provides radiated material to container, and discharge means which discharges radiated material from container, and microwave receiving section which makes microwave that irradiated from radiating means, penetrate into the container through the medium of dielectric material. Further, there is provided at least one layer that is composed of non-dielectric material, between the atmosphere of the inner side and the outer side of the container. Yet, irradiating means and the above container are connected in removable mode.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif dirradiation de micro-ondes qui traite une matière à être irradiée au moyen dune irradiation de micro-ondes et un procédé de fabrication dun constituant sucré à partir dune matière végétale. Le dispositif dirradiation de micro-ondes est équipé dun moyen dirradiation qui contient une source dirradiation de micro-ondes et un récipient qui reçoit la matière à irradier. En outre, le récipient est équipé dun moyen dalimentation qui alimente la matière à irradier au récipient, un moyen dévacuation qui évacue la matière à irradier depuis ledit récipient, et une unité de réception de micro-ondes qui transmet des micro-ondes rayonnant depuis le moyen dirradiation vers le récipient au moyen dun matériau diélectrique. Par ailleurs, au moins une couche constituée dun matériau non diélectrique est placée entre lintérieur du récipient et latmosphère extérieure, et le moyen dirradiation et ledit récipient sont reliés de manière amovible.
