A vehicle having a chassis, front wheels, rear wheels, and a vehicle central axis, the vehicle includes: at least one pivoting member secured to the vehicle chassis between the front wheels and the rear wheels; and at least one blade support member engaged with the pivoting member through at least one resilient sleeve, the at least one resilient sleeve being concentric with the at least one pivoting member and the at least one blade support member pivoting about the pivoting member between a transport position and an operative position.
