A mid-chassis, underbody plow or scraper blade is mounted at the trailing end of the pivot arm assembly hinged to a vehicle chassis between the vehicle wheels about a transverse horizontal axis at its forward end. The blade is further mounted to permit the outer ends of the blade to move vertically. Pneumatic pressure actuators mounted on either side of the center line of the vehicle apply pressure to the respective ends of the blade to control the scraping action.
