The invention concerns novel mikanolide derivatives, their preparation method and their therapeutic uses, in particular as anti-cancer and anti-viral agents. The compounds correspond to general formula (I) corresponding to general sub-formulae (I)¿1? and (I)¿2?, wherein: R¿1? represents H, SR¿4? or NR¿4?R¿5?; R¿2? represents SR¿6? or NR¿6?R¿7?; R¿3? represents OH, O(CO)R¿14?, OSiR¿15?R¿16?R¿17?, O(CO)OR¿18? or O(CO)NHR¿18?, each of the radicals R¿4?, R¿6?, R¿15?, R¿16? and R¿17? representing independently (in particular) an alkyl radical, the radicals R¿5? and R¿7? representing (in particular) radicals selected independently among a hydrogen atom and an alkyl radical, and each of the radicals R¿14? and R¿18? representing independently (in particular) an alkyl or cycloalkyl radical, or one among aryl, heteroaryl, aralkyl or heteroalkyl radicals optionally substituted; provided that when the compounds correspond to the general sub-formula (I)¿2?, then R¿1? does not represent a hydrogen atom.

L'invention a pour objet de nouveaux dérivés du mikanolide, leurs procédés de préparation ainsi que leurs applications thérapeutiques, notamment en tant qu'agents anti-cancéreux et anti-viraux. Les composés de l'invention répondent à la formule générale (I) correspondant aux sous-formules générales (I)1 et (I)2 dans lesquelles R1représente H, SR4 ou NR4R5, R2 représente SR6 ou NR6R7, R3 représente OH, O(CO)R14, OsiR15R16R17, O(CO)OR18 ou O(CO)NHR18, chacun des radicaux R4, R6, R15, R16 et R17 représentant indépendamment (notamment) un radical alkyle, les radicaux R5 et R7 représentant (notamment) des radicaux choisis indépendamment parmi un atome d'hydrogène et un radical alkyle, et chacun des radicaux R14 et R18 représentant indépendamment (notamment) un radical alkyle ou cycloalkyle, ou encore l'un des radicaux aryle, hétéroaryle, aralkyle ou hétéroaralkyle éventuellement substitués; étant entendu toutefois que lorsque les composés répondent à la sous-formule générale (I)2, alors R1 ne représente pas un atome d'hydrogène.
