MILD SKIN CLEANSING SOAP BAR WITH HYDRATED CATIONIC POLYMER ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Disclosed is a mild skin cleansing soap bar composition comprising: (1 ) 50-90% soap, and (2) a hydrated cationic poly- meric skin conditioner. The physical composition of the bar is such that the hydrated polymer is substantially uniformly dis- tributed and well incorporated in the soap. The hydrated cationic polymer improves the mildness of the soap bar to a level approaching that of bars made with very mild synthetic surfac- tants, while maintaining the desirable physical characteristics of a pure soap bar without the polymer.
