The invention relates to the use of aseptic or sterile fine ground eggshell in foods based on milk products. As a result, products of good taste are obtained, which are enriched with calcium and which give improved calcium absorption and retention of the total calcium fraction compared with milk product-based food products enriched with calcium from other calcium sources.

On utilise de la coquille d'oeuf finement broyée, aseptique ou stérile, dans des produits alimentaires à base de dérivés du lait. En conséquence, on obtient des produits au goût agréable qui sont enrichis en calcium et donnent une absorption et une rétention de la fraction calcium totale améliorées par rapport aux produits alimentaires à base de lait et qui sont enrichis en calcium provenant d'autres sources.
