The invention relates to a milking cup (1) comprising a cup sleeve, a teat rubber element (3) inserted into said cup sleeve having a head piece (4) and a suction pipe (5) that can be connected to a milk extraction line, in addition to an air inlet valve (13) that is provided in the milking cup (1) and is connected to the interior of the suction pipe by a first line (14). Said valve allows atmospheric air to enter into the suction pipe depending on a discharge phase during which a pressure that is higher relative to the milking vacuum being applied in the milk extraction line is generated in the intermediate space (12) between the cup sleeve (2) and the suction pipe (5), said pressure causing the suction pipe to fold. The invention is characterized in that an opening (25) toward the interior of the teat rubber element (3) is provided in the head piece (4) of said teat rubber element (3), wherein the opening (25) can be controlled with atmospheric air depending on the discharge phase.

Ladite valve laisse pénétrer de l'air ambiant dans le tuyau d'aspiration en fonction d'une phase de décharge pendant laquelle est produite, dans un espace intermédiaire (12) entre l'enveloppe (2) et le tuyau d'aspiration (5), une pression plus élevée par rapport au vide de traite régnant dans la conduite d'évacuation de lait, ladite pression provoquant la compression du tuyau d'aspiration. La présente invention est caractérisée en ce que la partie tête (4) de l'élément en caoutchouc (3) possède une ouverture (25) débouchant sur l'espace interne de l'élément (3) en caoutchouc, ladite ouverture (25) pouvant être commandée sous l'action d'air ambiant, en fonction de la phase de décharge.
