A milled peat turner has a wheel mounted support structure set transversely to the direction of movement, and has arms set at an angle backwards. Separate turning devices are attached to the ends of the arms, each which device consists of an attachment section for attachment to the arm and a blade, which is turned at an angle in relation to the direction of the surface of the field seen from the direction of movement. The blades act to turn over the surface layer mass due to the effect of traction thus bringing the damp mass to the surface. The arms and turning devices are formed to be flexible in such a way that the principle flexing takes place at the base of the blade, close to the attachment point.
