Disclosed is a milling device for inline-rolling a steel band which is produced especially by means of a twin-roll continuous casting process. Said milling device comprises at least two rolling units (20, 30) with working rolls (21, 31) that mill the steel band (11) and support rolls (22, 32) which support said working rolls. The working rolls and support rolls are rotatably mounted in bearing housings (23, 24, 33, 34). At least two rolling units (20, 30) are disposed successively in a monolithic or multipiece frame structure (15) such that the rolling temperatures between the rolling units differ only slightly while a simple and inexpensive design is created.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de laminage servant à laminer en ligne un ruban d'acier produit en particulier au moyen d'un processus de coulée en bande faisant intervenir deux cylindres. Ce dispositif de laminage comprend au moins deux unités de laminage (20, 30) qui comportent des cylindres de travail (21, 31) laminant le ruban d'acier (11), et des cylindres de support (22, 32) qui supportent ces cylindres de travail. Les cylindres de travail et les cylindres de support (23, 24, 33, 34) sont montés de manière rotative dans des logements à palier (23, 24, 33, 34). Au moins deux unités de laminage (20, 30) sont disposées directement l'une après l'autre dans une structure de châssis (15) à une ou plusieurs pièces, de sorte que les températures de laminage entre les unités de laminage ne diffèrent que de manière insignifiante, et de façon à obtenir une structure simple et peu onéreuse.
