A miniature hockey game apparatus comprising a base having an upper planar surface; a plurality of wall members comprising a first wall member, a second wall member, a third wall member and a fourth wall member, affixed to said base and defining an inner area of said upper surface wherein said first and said third wall members constitute opposing sides and said second and said fourth wall members constitute a second pair of opposing sides; an inner central wall member extending between and midway the lengths of said first wall member and said third wall member between said first pair of opposing sides; in substantial abutment with said upper surface as to divide said area of said upper surface equally into a first playing area and a second playing area; said inner wall member having at least one portion which with said upper surface defines an aperture; and wherein said second and said fourth members each have a portion defining target means. The apparatus is of value both as an indoor or an outdoor ice or field hockey game between two or more players.
